Thank you for shopping with Stuc Society. We value our customers and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Policy

We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition with tags attached

• Returned in the original packaging

Please note: Sale items, limited releases, and collaboration pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Process

To request a refund or return, please contact us at alexander@stucsociety.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
