General Policy
We accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with tags attached

Returned in the original packaging
Please note: Sale items, limited releases, and collaboration pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Process
To request a refund or return, please contact us at alexander@stucsociety.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement, refund, or credit.
