All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

During peak periods (such as product drops or sales), processing times may be extended slightly.

Australia (Domestic Shipping):

• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

All shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location and postal service delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain value, as advertised during promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If your order is returned to us, you may be charged a reshipping fee.

Currently, we are focused on shipping within Australia. International shipping is available for an extra cost.
